The thesis is dedicated to gripper head construction design of a pneumatic manipulator. The main idea of the gripper head design was to determine its purpose and relative ease with manufacture of individual construction parts. The thesis consists of theoretical introduction which gives us an overview over basic kinds of gripper heads. The main part is dedicated to design methodology and factors that affect gripper head design. The conclusion includes the gripper head conception design and a component part focused on the individual parts of gripper head.
