Goal of this bachellors work was to show how important is physiology of human body in forestry- transportation process. We found that physiology of human body is difficult hierarchic system, that allows to do work, react on impulse and analyse and evaluate running actions. Work physiology closely affects body physiology, work performance and immunity system. There is a need to know limit of every physiological system and not overload it, because theese systems affects performance, otherwise they can be damaged. In Forestry-transportation process are theese systemsusually overloaded. Workers are exposed to changing weather that negatively affects their performance. Their work is hard and requires good physical and mental state, condition and focus. Outcome of this bachellors work is to recomend right work techniques so the workers will eliminate harmful affects on their body physiology, to work with pauses to regenerate, to focus on security, to change working positions and to be reliable.
