The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to analyze the classification of selected pathological changes on skulls and antlers (trophies) of the European roe deer in hunting practice. The European roe deer is characterized by high degree of antler variability. Variability is partly caused also by various anomalies and abnormalities among them we classify malformations, mechanical injuries, hormonal disorders, disorders of parasitic origin as well as genetic phenomena. Main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to inform the reader about the classification of the pathological changes on theoretical level. The result of the bachelor's thesis is the assessment and evaluation of the factors, which are responsible for the natural variability and morbid changes on the European roe deer antlers.
