Head of the Bachelor's thesis: doc. Ing. Milan Kodrík, CSc. Zvolen 2018 This bachelor thesis is aimed on the work of a beekeeper throughout the year. It is divided to three parts which are dedicated to 4 seasons of beekeeping that are described in detail. In the next part the life proccesses of bees and the work of a beekeeper in each season of the beekeeping year. The thesis continues with explaining the strategically necessary activities of a beekeeper with time horizont. In the last part I describe my procedure during the beekeeping year that was created by myself. In the conclusion of this bachelor thesis we summarize the gained new information with the importance of beekeepers and bees for humanity and also for the whole world.
