Feedback is important for every company. Feedback helps businesses to found out if the made changes were effective or not. One way to find out is to use financial analysis. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate the effectiveness of the applied controlling, as a secondary management tool, by financial analysis in the selected business subject. In the theoretical part of the thesis, attention was paid to the study of secondary sources, especially on the issue of financial analysis and controlling. The findings were able to be achieved by my own calculations in case of the use of the chosen financial indicators of the financial analysis. The progress of financial results from achieved results was identified before and after implementing of controlling system in the examined business. In the last part of the bachelor thesis was recommended the measures, which will help the business to improve their financial effectiveness.
