Tomáš Maczala, Myocastor coypus study for sampling for parasitological examinations, Diploma thesis, Technical University in Zvolen, Forest Faculty, Department of Applied Zoology and Animal Management, head of diploma thesis doc. DVM. Dušan Rajský, PhD., 60 s.The diploma thesis is focused on basic information on biology (ecology and ethology) of waterfowl (Myocastor coypus). The collection of faeces samples was carried out on the basis of a field survey of the habitat characteristics of wild nuts from wild populations in their natural environment in the vicinity of the Váh river and melioration channels in Šaľa and Nové Zámky districts. Part of the thesis is a brief description of the conservation method with focus on the coprological examination of animal faeces for diagnosis of provokes (Protozoa). These findings may be useful in hunting management of non-native species, the spread of which is justified in our natural conditions to regulate. Practical knowledge about detection of the occurrence of this type of game in the resorts, useful for effective monitoring of the population density of nutrients and their health also in the position of potential vector of some infections of other rodent species. To a certain extent, this also concerns possible risks to human health. As part of the elaboration of the terrain stages of the diploma thesis, procedures were demonstrated at the pit of the captured individuals. The obtained biological material was used for the examination of some parasitic protozoa of river nut crops in the framework of an international research study (Czech Republic - USA - Poland - Slovakia) with the end of sampling in January - February 2018. In this work the spatial distribution of the collected samples in the evaluated territory photographic documentation of the River Nutriege habitat with characteristic residence features.
