The subject of this bachelor thesis was the quality of the services provided by SAD Zvolen, a.s. The importance of processing is based on the fact, that there are a number of activities in transport services, that need to be constantly improved and thus improving the quality of the services provided. The first chapter is focussed at summarizing the knowledge of quality, service history, services and their classification, customer satisfaction and transport services. In the second chapter is appointed targeted the aim of this work. The third chapter focuses on an empirical survey, that we conducted in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire was divided into two parts, which included classification questions and quality test. The fourth chapter was dedicated to evaluating the results of the questionnaire survey. For the evaluation, we used statistical methods such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, modus, median, frequency, minimum and maximum values, graphical methods, and ultimately the descriptive method. We believe, that our proposals to improve the quality of our services will be for SAD Zvolen, a. s. benefit.
