Business relationship - a deal, legal agreement between two parties. Between creditor on the one side and obligor on the another one. It defines the essence/fundamentals of business. The most used type is a trade deal. Trade deal consists of crucial rights and obligations for involved parties. The first part of bachelor thesis defines basic concepts in business relationships following with introduction where the main objective is specified: improving the business after analyzing task solution in second part of thesis in particular company. After analyzing procedures that are nowadays well used in contracts concluding, the objective solution will represent improvements in future contract/business relationships - to create and introduce to the leadership of Ltd. company such framework which will represent an addition usable in subject's future business.
