The aim of bachelor work was to design the application of modern tools of process management in the company Burgmaier P. S., s.r.o.. In the theoretical part of the work is the analysis of the issues of management of production processes. There are specified approaches to the management and development of the process management, the characteristics of the process of management, analysis of management and improvement of business processes. The company Burgmaier P. S., s.r.o. is dedicated to the production of high-precision parts, in particular of steel, intended for the automotive industry. In the practical part of the bachelor work is analyzed the current status of process management in the company Burgmaier P. S., s.r.o. and characterized by the tools used process management. In the end, the work was carried out the proposal of the application of modern tools of process management in the company. Further this proposal was the modern tools of process management is considered.
