The Bachelor thesis is focused on the design of the statistical control of production processes in the company Burgmaier P. S., s.r.o.. Core of the theoretical part is to define terms such as quality, individual quality management tools such as histogramy and shewhartove diagrams. Mainly, we addressed the capability of the production processes and its index. The individual indices of capability are also the subject of our investigation in the company Burgmaier Precision Slovakia, s.r.about.. In the practical part we analysed the way in which the ongoing data collection systems in the company and the evaluation of individual measured data. We proposed a streamlining of these activities in the company. At the end of the work we assessed, what benefits they will have our suggestions. Among the benefits include, for example, save time in production and reduce the percentage of defective products.
