The final bachelor thesis is theoretical and contains three chapters. In the first chapter, it deals with business relationships between suppliers and customers and between suppliers and customers. It defines company terms, communication mix, communication mix tools, customer relationship management. The second chapter is devoted to ethics and business ethics, the relationship between ethics and the economy and corporate ethos. The last chapter deals with the issues of the Code of Ethics, its types and functions, as well as with management ethics and its benefits for the development of corporate ethos. The conclusion of the chapter contains the main ethical principles of business ethics in the company's business and its relationships with customers, and questions are formulated in it to verify the ethical level of the firm.The aim of the bachelor thesis was to clarify the importance and functions of ethics in entrepreneurial activity and to show the up-to-date application of ethical principles to entrepreneurial practice. The main goal of the bachelor thesis was to determine the essential ethical principles and values to be applied to the relationships of the company with its customers.
