The aim of our bachelor thesis is to propose solutions for continuous improvement of quality based on the analysis and evaluation of the current state of the process management in the selected company. In the theoretical part we focused on the characteristics and approximation based on concept of a quality, the quality management system and we focused on the process-oriented quality management through the analysis, the measurement of performance and improvement of the business processes. The practical part contains thesis closer characteristics of the selected business, the classification of the business processes and by means of selected quality tools, we measured the performance of the process and proposed measures to ensure continuous improvement of the quality.
