The motivation of the employees is one of the key factors and its responsibility lies on the management of the company. Target oriented setting of the motivation programs relies on the factors of motivation preferred by the employees, considering working context. Therefore, the employee´s actions and behaviour have a great impact on the prosperity as well as on the productivity of the company. In our Diploma Thesis we analyse motivational preferences of the employees of ZLH Plus Ltd. This company has decided to develop motivation program for the year 2018 due to the lack of the motivation on the employees’ side. In our Thesis we therefore use the questionnaires of the ZHL Plus, Ltd. respondents, namely technical and economic employees and workers. In our Diploma Thesis we analyse and evaluate the development of motivational preferences of the employees, depending on working fields. In our conclusion we propose concrete solutions to improve motivational preferences. Assuming the fact that the company will use our proposals while creating motivation program for the year 2018, the results will affect in a positive way the overall prosperity of the company.
