The Bachelor Thesis deals with the analysis of the economical burden of duties an employer must carry out while keeping Health and Workplace Safety Rules (HWSR). The main goal of the work is to analyse the economical burden of employer's duties in order to keep HWSR and compare the costs incurred by HWSR in four occupational categories. The work provides theoretical basis as for example definition of basic terms for health and work safety, a basic measure for HWSR system. Further it explains legislation amendment related to HWSR and duties for both employers and employees. The main part of the thesis focuses on a detailed analysis of the costs that need to be spent on in relation to HWSR and each employee in all four categories. Recommendations for employers are dealt with in the other chapter. Each concept includes advantages and disadvantages of provided methods.
