The main task and objective of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current organizational structure of Wittur s.r.o. based on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis. In the first part, the bachelor thesis deals with concepts related to organizational structure and organization. In addition, there are various types of organizational structures, as well as their creation and division form different perspectives. We will also focus on the differences between types and forms of organizational structures and organizational standards. The final part deals with business analysis. Furthermore, we discuss the financial and economic indicators to learn about financial health of Wittur s.r.o. The last chapters are devoted to the analysis of the organizational structure in the selected company.
