Bc. MANČÁK, Filip: Optimisation of the Logistic Systems [Master Thesis]. Technical University in Zvolen. Special Purpose Study Programme, Economics and Management of Natural Resources. Supervisor: doc. Ing. Jaroslav Rašner, CSc.. Academic Qualification Degree: Engineer. Zvolen: TU, 2018. 61pThe Master thesis target is aimed at the optimisation of the logistic systems of the wood processing industry with the focus on the interim storage system. The optimisation leads to better results because of the suitable implemented procedure. According to today′s rapid technology development and manufacturing processes, any process can be optimised constantly. The result of higher expenses is predominantly in the logistic processes because the new technologies have taken a part in the old systems of the manufacturing process. The aim of the work is to improve the logistic procedure. The logistic procedure will increase production capacity without any changes in other parts of the manufacturing process on the basis of preserving the product quality. The sufficient attention needs to be pursuing to the optimisation otherwise it starts to stagnate and deteriorate. The first part of the work concentrates on the theoretical terms of logistics. The second part describes the aim and methodology. Furthermore, the third part characterises the company and describes the logistic system. In the last part of the work is proposed the optimisation solution of the storage system of the wood flooring boards. Moreover, this part describes the problem and proposal of the different measures. The result is to introduce the contributions which can be used in practice.
