Jaroslav Rašner CSc. 79 pages.The main aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze and optimize the logistics system for the transport of the product package in Expres System Ltd, dealing with transport and warehouse logistics. The essence of the thesis is the analysis of the company from the theoretical and practical point of view and the description of the logistic system, which consists of individual processes and nodes. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first part defines the basic terms of defining logistics and transport in the logistics chain. The second part presents the current logistics system for the transport of the product Package in practice in the company, Expres System Ltd. Describes spatial layout, staffing and a comprehensive logistics system. The final chapter provides an analysis of the current state of the proposed solutions for change. The analysis is based on the data provided and the interviews with the company's employees. The result of this diploma thesis is to offer optimization of the logistics system of the product package in Express System Ltd.
