AbstractLight Applied in Furniture and Interior thesis is focused on options for creating an interesting design. The design of the furniture element with the applied light can create specific atmosphere in the interior, or significantly influence the look of the interior. It is possible to increase comfort in a room where people meet or rest after a hard day by implementing of this specific atmosphere. The storage type of furniture, specifically the glass or porcelain cabinet, so the aim of this study, is intended to create the impression of fog, so the stored products cannot be seen in full detail but only in rough outlines. The effect is created by the used material, namely the matte plexiglass. The light aspect was incorporated into the idea to highlight and create the atmosphere. The furniture, after turning on the light, creates the impression of a rack decorative lighting. This thesis was consulted with professionals of LEDCO s.r.o.
