The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of business planning and creation of a business plan for the establishment of a new business. The aim of the thesis is to prepare a business plan for a particular newly established enterprise. The first part focuses on characterizing the nature and purpose of corporate planning, the positives and deficiencies, the planning principles, the nature and functions of the business plan, its content and structure, as well as the business plan. The analytical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the preparation of the business plan, where the objectives of the company are defined, the marketing mix is determined, and the competition analysis is carried out together with the presentation of the production and investment plan. The last part of the presented bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the results of the work and the formulation of several recommendations that should lead to the elimination of errors in the creation and implementation of the business plan.
