The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current state of process management in the selected operation of KIA MOTORS SLOVAKIA, s.r.o. Žilina. The work is aimed at updating and creating draft documents used for process management in accordance with valid standards, for example STN EN ISO 9001: 2015. The work is divided into three parts. In the first part is presented an analysis of the given issue, explained terms, means and tools, which are used in the process control. In the second part was realize an analysis of the process management documents that the company currently uses. The third, practical part, contains own drafts for an updated version of these documents in accordance with valid standards as well as the draft of missing documents. A separate part of the solution is the design of layout of the assembly line workplace with the calculation of the efficiency of the proposed solution. Applicable work outputs are specifically a process card and a process map for the assembly process. These documents serve to visualization and visualize process interactions.
