The bachelor thesis deals with design of the thematic interior – the "After school" project. The work addresses the area of the afternoon club for pupils of the Narnia Primary School in Banská Bystrica. The theoretical part discusses the importance of connecting the interior and the way it is used, considering the purpose and needs of the space and the age category of the users. The graphic part of the thesis deals with the author's proposal of graphical solution and a detailed description of the procedure. An important factor was the selection of the object and the analysis of the functions and layout of the original premises of the school club. The result of the work is a new spatial and design solution of the school club, with respect to the character and the way of teaching, the needs of children and their idea of spending leisure time after the teaching process, using innovative design elements.
