The work presents the design of a classroom for children suffering from disturbance of attention, an illness also known as ADD/ ADHD, located in combined elementary school of Karol Supu in the town of Lučenec, taking into account the idea of inner harmony and peace through the interior. The steady increase in the number of children with behavioral disabilities has contributed to the multifunctional design of the classroom. These behavioral disorders are also affected by family environment factors such as stress, material deficiencies, smoking in pregnancy, low birth weight, premature birth. Children with disturbance require much more complex and demanding access to the facilities of the premises in question. The dominant feature of the design is the multifunctional space that positively affects the further development of the individual. When designing, it is necessary to take into account many requirements and facts on the design of the classroom environment that "overstimulated" the child with disturbance of attention. This disorder is possible to cure, but many are convinced that it is not a happy solution to "snap" a child with a diagnosis. When designing the interior, this fact was a supporting element that aims to create a suitable environment that positively undermines their shortcomings and habits. The aim of the work is to design the interior of the classroom for children with attention deficit disorder, which corresponds to the requirements of the diagnostics and has to meet the parameters that contribute to the mitigation of the deficit in behavior. The space is intended to help calm not only inner emotions but also the comfort of children, and at the same time it should play a significant role in the next stage of education.
