The aim of the thesis is to clarify the issue of waste policy at the level of the Slovak Republic and its impact on individual companies. An important point is to evaluate the success of the recycling and processing policies. We focus on linear policy and circulator economy policy. We will explain the disposable use of PET bottles, as well as expanded producer responsibility under the new reform. The overall objective is to find how waste policy limits the company. We will answer the question what are the benefits of the correct waste management, but also the negatives of market environment. We answer the question of how to prevent and minimize waste disposal to the greatest extent possible, so as not to harm human health and the environment.
