The diploma thesis is based on landscape-ecological limits of agricultural use in the cadastral area of the municipality of Brezov. The theoretical-methodical part of the thesis is focused on the definition of the landscape according to various authors, its structure, as well as the characteristics of the landscape-ecological planning methodology LANDEP. Another part of the thesis characterizes the model territory and its abiotic and biotic components. The practical part is focused on the selected steps of the LANDEP methodology, which was the basis for the whole work. The first step is landscape-ecological analyzes, in which analytical maps (slope of relief, substrate, soil type, skeleton and depth of soil, graininess of the soil) were processed. In the step of landscape-ecological syntheses using superposition, maps of abiotic complexes (ABK) and landscape-ecological complexes (KEK) have been created. Landscape-ecological interpretations were focused on localization criteria, ie on accessibility and machinability, which determine the conditions for agro-technical activities in the cadastral territory of the municipality of Brezov. The next and most important step of the thesis is an evaluation. Limit tables have been drawn up for selected agricultural activities in terms of availability, machinability and complex machinability, as well as limits based on the actual use of agricultural land in the cadastral area of the municipality Brezov.
