The subject of the Bachelor thesis "Administration and Securing of claims in NICHOLTRACKT s.r.o." was to inform the reader about the basic theoretical concepts in the issue of debt recovery. Bachelor thesis has several parts. The introductory part containsbasic terms and definitions for the topic.In the next section, we focused on goal processing and analyzed the issues involved in recovering claims. And in the final part we looked at suggestions and recommendations that could minimize the shortcomings in the given issue.
