This bachelor thesis deals with adhesives used to stick the edges of furniture parts. The aim of this work is to describe the adhesives used for gluing of the edges of furniture parts and to describe the technological processes of edge gluing. Various types of adhesives used in furniture industry, their properties and technical parameters are described. The first chapter provides general knowledge of adhesives. The second chapter deals with adhesives used in furniture industry. The third chapter describes the methods for decorative editing of lateral surfaces.
