The thesis is aimed to improve overal equpiement efficiency on assembly line VL15 which belong to Continental Automotive System Slovakia s.r.o company located in Zvolen. In theoretical part of thesis is briefly described structure of total productive maintenance (TPM) and description of its each parts. Into these parts belongs autonomous and preventive maintenance, which are one of the most important elements in raising overall equipement efficiency. On assembly line VL15 were first analyzed types of issues on assembly line and after that, according to gained data were created plans od autonomous and preventive maintenance. These plans had to match reqirements specified by manufacturer of equipement and company and also achieve requiered overall eqipement efficiency.
