ÚRADNÍČKOVÁ, Nikola: The Consequences of Unfair Commercial Practices in Practice of Selected Company [Diploma Thesis]: Technical University in Zvolen, Department of Marketing, Trade and World Forestry. Supervisor: JUDr. Anna Dovčíková, 54s., Zvolen 2018.The aim of the diploma thesis was to design and configure the correct prevention and protection procedure against the using of unfair commercial practices of the unreliable business partners of selected company. The thesis is divided into six main sections. In the first chapter we explained the current state of knowledge in the area of unfair commercial practices, business agreements and relations. The second and the third chapters of the diploma thesis we described the main aim, the partial aims and also the methods we applied in this diploma thesis. In Chapter Four, we described the selected company, its organizational structure and its business relationships with domestic and multinational business networks. Chapter Five describes the company's situation in 2015 after the unfair commercial practice was used by a new purchaser, it contains the analysis of the purchase contract and the procedures for signing the contracts by the selected company. In the last chapter we proposed a new purchase contract, the rules for its conclusion, and other procedures to prevent unfair commercial practices from customers.
