Bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of economical profitability of growing and use possibilies of fast growing crop of Paulownia family. In addition to biological description, taxonomy, provenance, habitat and growing requirements is also discribed basic economic indicator methods needed for evaluation of project and the evaluation itself. Growing of Paulownia in this economic project is focused on suitable cultivation method for biomass production, which is used to produce ethanol and electricity. Aim of the cultivation project economic analysis is to calculate total production costs, biomass valorisation possibilities in different case scenarios, investigate investment sensibility and comparison of these possibilities. Data used for economical evaluation of the project are formed for situation on US market and compared to situation on slovak market. In Results and discussion part, there are evaluated possibilities of Paulownia growth in Slovakia and the result of economic analysis is compared according to differencies in growth conditions and economic conditions of Slovakia.
