The Bachelor Thesis deals with themes and the forming of multilayer (mosaic) compartment. The main purpose of this work is a description and quantifying structures of fir−beech compartment with different stages of recovery development in phase of conversion to multilayer structure. Subject of analysis was the following dendrometrical charakteristic: diameter structure, height structure, growing stock structure, structure of the stand basal area, of production utilsation of the growth space of canopy cover by differentially according of layer and of tree species. There were 3 series of permanent research plot (PRP) for this purposes established in year 2016 in compartment 28500 (group of forest types Fagetum typicum a Fagetum pauper). The area of PRP was 0,25 to 0,5 hectare with diferently reprezentation of Beech and admixture Silver fir, and Norway spruce. There were transects stabilized on PRP with area of 50 x 10 m, as well as 100 x 10 m for detailed analyses of natural regeneration and other characteristics of compartment structures. By the analysis of individual PRP was determined high growing stock volume of, what indicates high production potencial of investigated compartment. The highest growing stock of was found on PRP 2 with value of 555,72 m3.ha−1, with or stand basal area, 42,64 m2.ha−1. By the analysation structure chosen trees were found high values of the crow ratio and of average crown width. By analysation the natural regeneration of structure, the highest amount of individuals was detected PRP 1 (17 520 pcs.ha−1). On PRP 2 and 3 was determined lower density individuals in natural regeneration. This low density of individuals in PRP 2 was caused by high growth stock volume (555,72 m3.ha−1) and shaded area (321 %). Beech proves itself on all PRP after natural regeneration. Silver fir is highly influenced by deer, that permanently damages this tree and thereafter slows or even stops the height grow of this tree. Deer is one of the factors that limits the which impoverishes of compartment complex, about stabilizing trees species such as Silver fir. The influence of deer is on such a level, that it basically effects structural diversity and ecological stability of investigated comparament. By the analysis of PRP 3 can be summed up, that in future we can expect major change in tree species compozition. This claim can be backed up by analysation of natural regeneration and by diameter structure of next generation − trees, where beech is very dominant. By the analysation dependece height from diameter d1,3 were found different values on the dependence of trees species.
