The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to point out the possibilities of simulation of production and assembly systems and the use of simulation software for optimization of Technomatix Plant Simulation production processes at Contintental ASS s.r.o Zvolen. The main goals are to process optimization and increase productivity on the production line. At the beginning we deal with production, manufacturing systems, logistics, robotics or automation. After that the current line and its processes are characterized and than we make simulation model from this. Then it continues the proposal to improve the production processes on the line, simulate and compare the original state of the line with the improved line status.
