It is important to focus on the moisture and moisture-engineering properties of the structure when we designing wood based buildings. The evaluation of the measured parameters in the reference woodenhouse is an important step in confirming the correctness of the structure design. Increased moisture in the construction can pose a risk for its proper functioning. This is also the reason for developing softwares that simplifies, accelerates and refines calculations, such as annual moisture balance or condensation of water vapor in constructions. The use of such software will become a more and more frequent phenom by gradually increasing the demands for the quality of the executed buildings. This thesis help to illustrate the importance of softwares and help designers to solve challenges.
