Master thesis “Customer satisfaction in selected company” analysis the satisfaction of clients in Spa Resort Kováčová. The main goal of thesis is to analyse client satisfaction with services provided in this resort. In theoretical part key concepts as marketing, basic classification of services, marketing mix of services - 7P, client satisfaction and loyalty are defined. Analytical part contains description of Spa Resort Kováčová, procedures being provided to clients, price catalog and organizational structure of the company. Next part elaborates the evaluation of survey results. Based on latter following part points out suggestions for possible improvements.
