In this work, I dealt in the first part in particular with business commitments and their amendment in the Commercial Code. I briefly described the meaning of the concept of a bank contract. In the second part, I dealt in detail with each of the selected contractual types and discussed their amendment in the Commercial Code. I have been dealing with a brief definition of a bank in Slovakia in terms of the functions and activities that these institutions fulfill and ensure for economic operators. The aim of my work is to bring banking legislation and analysis closer.
