The diploma thesis consists of an analysis of the application of the concept of social responsibility in the chosen company. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate and clarify influence of the economic, social and environmental area on the company prosperity and overall operation of the company with respect to the concept of corporate social responsibility. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical knowledge of the issue: economic, social and environmental conception of social responsibility and the importance of interest groups in fields. We need to implement the concept of CSR in line with documents at global level and from point of view of the legislative framework of the Slovak Republic, too. The contribution of the CSR concept will be taken into account in meeting the overall objective consisting of expressing the level of responsible business intensity towards stakeholders by the management, as well as reflecting the overall prosperity of the operation. At the same time, we aim to take into account the satisfaction of clients above the level of their expectation from their stay by expressing their satisfaction with the hotel sections, taking into account the clients' return and the seasonal impact on the hotel. As part of the analysis of staff and clients, we process graphical data processing in Excel to assess the situation. The proposal part of the work will bring concrete measures and the resulting benefits to improve the situation in the selected business.
