The thesis focises is „Applying individual approaches and methods of business planning“. The main goal of the thesis focises is to evaluate the planning in the surveyed enterprise, to identify the procedures, methods and techniques used by the company and to propose from our point of view methods and procedures that would improve the planning itself in the company. In order to meet the main goal of the final thesis, we have set several partial objectives. The work consists of five chapters. In the first chapter we focused on the theoretical background needed to address the issue in general. In the second chapter the goal is stated and in the third chapter there is the methodology of the work. Within the methodology, secondary and primary resources are used in the work. Secondary sources are in the form of available literature. We have also used the method of comparing and analyzing the information we obtained from the literature. The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of planning, procedures and methods in the selected business. At the same time, the center of analysis and financial planning are also in focus. The primary source of information was a semi-structured interview with an economics officer. Some methods are proposed in the thesis (SWOT analysis, BCG matrix, Gantt diagram, analysis of cover posts and breakpoint analysis). The final chapter is focused on summarizing the results and specific recommendations.
