Thesis Supervisor: doc. Mgr. Ing. Rastislav Šulek, PhD. Zvolen: TU, 2018. 43 p.This bachelor thesis addresses the subject of entering into contracts in commercial law and transport contracts. The main part is divided into two chapters, which are partitioned into subchapters. The opening chapter characterizes the term of business contract, analyzes the legislation regarding entering into contracts via regulations of Commercial code, application of trade customs, elementary principles of entering into contracts and of entering into contracts via public proposal and public tender. The second chapter The second chapter generally describes transport contracts, deals with the contract of consigment and the Contract of carriage. Aim of this thesis is to characterize entering into contracts regarding appropriate legislation plus the characteristics of transport contracts and subsequently to address particular stages of the process of entering into contracts with respect to views of other authors.
