The central theme of the diploma thesis, entitled „Simplifying the process of acquiring suitable employees for the surveyed company“, is the employee's employee and his perception as competitive advantages. Human resource management is now taking this aspect into an irreplaceable position. For the company to achieve efficiency, it must have sufficient attention in selecting the right staff. They represent a system in which is company strategy embedded. The diploma thesis deals with the process of recruiting and selecting employees in the selected company Makyta, a.s. Puchov to point out reserves after analyzing individual activities and to propose a way to eliminate unfavorable developments in employment. In the framework of the diploma thesis, we relied on the professional resources that were the guiding principles for creating the theoretical origins. We have worked on them to navigate the creation of other parts of the work that will be a concrete proposal for the company within the framework of streamlining the activities for the recruitment and selection of future employees In the first part of the diploma thesis, we focused on theoretical backgrounds on the basis of professional resources describing the issue of gaining employment of the labor force, including the legislative modification. The second analytical part discusses how company recruits and selects potential employees. We have analyzed this process on the basis of a questionnaire survey through our own employees as well as potential bidders. In order to get a comprehensive overview of the issue, we summarized the results of the questionnaire survey in the third part of the thesis into a graphical form and supplemented with a competent comments.
