The bachelor thesis compares the perception of company culture from the point of view educating the respondents who have participated in our research. The first part of the thesis is focused on summarizing the theoretical knowledge about the company culture, its strengths of features, functions and impact on business strategy. The second part is focused on the research of company culture in companies operating in Slovakia in 2017. In more detail, it examines, compares and summarizes the views of respondents on the perception of company’s culture in terms of their education.
