Bachelor Thesis focuses on the problematics of long-term property invoicing about long-term property. Theoretical knowledge was analyzed on particular invoicing unit the village of Sebechleby. The main ain of the thesis was to analyze long-term property and proposal of reconstruction and appraisal of efficiency of the reconstruction. Our thesis has two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part we provide theoretical knowledge about long-term property. In the practical part of the thesis we analyzed long-term property and reconstruction of the long-term property of the village Sebechleby by the help of internal documents. In the practical part we will prove usefulness, permanency and the outcome of the project.
