The first part of the diploma thesis deals with theoretical knowledge, definition of logistics and logistics system. The second part is focused on company characteristics and analysis of the company's logistics system from the acceptance of the contract, the purchase of material, storage, production to the dispatch of goods. Based on the results of the analyzes, we have put forward proposals for improvement that would contribute to making the logistics system more efficient. There sultis a proposal to build a new railroadtrack that would significantly reduce the shipment of material and the proposal to buy a new and eco-friendly paint shop that would meet all the necessary requirements.
