Enterprise Financial planning is an important part and, at the same time, an essential tool of financial management. The financial plan is a result of financial planning. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. The theoretical part is based on available print and internet sources used to define tasks, goals and methods of financial planning. The role of financial plans in the financial planning system is determined in the thesis as well. The aim of the master thesis is to tailor the financial plan for the selected enterprise following the theoretical framework elaborated in the first chapter. The research part is aimed also at analyzing and assessing the financial situation of the enterprise. Proposals to increase business efficiency and to enhance financial stability of the enterprise are given in the conclusion.
