This string allows you to maximize reconciliation with demand, reduce inventory, optimize capacity utilization, and increase service levels. The supply chain meets not only costs in the sales or purchasing process, but also within the enterprise when performing the necessary business activities. The aim of the diploma thesis is identification of transaction costs in selected company. This information was subsequently obtained through qualitative research. In the review process, we found that the enterprise incurred costs in all three categories of transaction costs.
