The bachelor thesis is focused to use psychology in the manager's work. Nowadays is requested a lot of requirements from the manager. The main purpose of this work is to know the manager's work better, especially from a psychological point of view. The manager´s job is very difficult mainly psychically difficult and it is not for everyone. The manager is every day under psychological pressure, stress and other factors that affect not only on the manager himself, but also affects on his work, people close to, family and colleagues. In the theoretical part of the thesis we analyze the characteristics and qualifications of the manager in the work process. We also look at the psychological factors that managers are exposed every day. Managers still "fight" with various forms of mental stress. Managing stress and psycho-hygiene is extremely important for the manager and is the basis for good mental and physical health of the manager.In the practical part (questionnaire form), the managers answered on the various questions as general but also questions closely related to the position of the manager.
