Attila Rácz, PhD.;., Degree of qualification: Bachelor, in short: “Bc.” Zvolen: TU, 2013 p.The main aim of bachelor thesis is to characterize the role of psychology and its use in practice of manager. The work is divided into four parts. It is necessary to describe the mean of psychology and the work of manager, which is described in the first chapter. It is necessary to analyze psychology of work, the psychology of team work and the subject of management psychology and sociology. For a better understaning of the goal is necessary to define a manager as the leading person, which is the second chapter ot the thesis. In this chapter we describe the characteristics of the person, managerʾs activity in communication, management approaches and stress in the work of manager. The third chapter focuses on psychology and describe personal activities such as recruitment, staff rating, motivation and education. In the fourth research part we focuses to analyse how managers are using the motivation to increase performance of their emplyees.Key words: Psychology, psychology of work, team work, management psychology, manager
