The aim and aim of the thesis was to optimize Winer's logistics system - Kuka Stanislav. We propose how to improve and optimize the company's logistics system. We analyzed the current state of the entire logistics system and found suitable locations for optimization. The first place is purchasing (procurement) logistics where we optimized the process of delivering the material needed for production. By appropriate optimization we managed to change the transport company in the company. We have replaced the current transport company as a new transport company, which will deliver the necessary material at a lower cost. The second place for optimization is warehouses. In the warehouses we propose a change from the current three warehouses, one of which is a warehouse of finished products and two of them are stockpiles, for a change in the form of two warehouses, where one will be a warehouse of finished products and one will be a material warehouse. By removing an external warehouse, the enterprise cancels the additional material transfer and shortens the company's logistics system.
