The theoretical part of the thesis will define the concepts of culture, elements, resources, strength and types of corporate culture, with a more detailed focus on the methodology of Cameron and Quinn. The practical part of the bachelor thesis will focus on the analysis of corporate culture and comparison of its present and future levels through the OCAI questionnaire (The organizational culture assessment instrument). The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify the differences in the perception of corporate culture in small, medium and large enterprises based on the theoretical definition of corporate culture and analysis of corporate culture in Slovak enterprises.
