In this diploma thesis, we focused on the implementation of the quality management system into the production enterprise with regard to the codification of the ISO 9001 standard. We focused on the risks and opportunities associated with the activity of the production company, where we achieved the elimination of risks and the increase of opportunities. The aim of the thesis is to apply a quality management system to the production company on the basis of an overall analysis of the facts and theoretical origins. The introduction of a quality management system was preceded by a reference to the individual steps of the implementation of the quality management system, the development of an appropriate procedure and documentation. Another important part of the diploma thesis on the identification of the corporate climate is a questionnaire for the employees of the production company, which helps to identify the suitability of the procedure for the implementation of the quality management system among the employees. After thoroughly identifying all the important variables for the design of the process and the time consuming of each implementation step, we will use the process map of the quality management system to improve the clarity of the process.
